After decades of struggling with porn and unwanted sexual behavior, I was stuck and hopeless. I felt like I was destined to remain imprisoned in a pattern that was impacting my marriage and every critical role in my life. Yet, in the darkest days of my addiction, I finally found freedom, health, and healing in my marriage! My victory wasn't from skill or luck but from a willingness to get real in my relationships and lean into my Christian faith. I had to let go of keeping my problem a secret and lean into the support and compassion of others who knew the same pain.

As a coach and psychologist, I followed my active recovery with further training and a desire to help men who are also struggling with sexual brokenness. The men I support not only desire freedom from unwanted sexual behavior and shame; many want to preserve their marriage or protect their future partner from their sexual struggles. I also work with my wife, Vicki, to help couples who want to build their marriage beyond recovery and develop true intimacy.
